Lemon Juice Remedy instructions

Hi, I just wanted to ask about the lemon juice remedy. The one in the morning where you squeeze one lemon into hot water and drink it, and then it says you can't eat or drink anything for half an hour. Does that include water? Thanks.

Yvette's reply: I believe water would be ok. Perhaps continue to use hot water. This will help flush toxins out from your system.
